• understanding in broad terms how visitors find and use the site.

Depending on the circumstances, I process this information because it is necessary to respond to a request before entering into an agreement, because it is necessary for providing tuition, because I have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving my tutoring service, or because you have given consent where consent is required.

Contact form and website hosting

This website is hosted by Squarespace. When you submit the contact form, Squarespace processes the information needed to deliver and manage your enquiry. Form submissions may also be stored within the website’s Squarespace Contacts/Form Submitters area and sent to the email account connected to the form.

Squarespace also processes technical information necessary to provide, secure and improve its website platform.

I do not sell your personal information.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, appropriate legal safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection law.

I do not sell or rent personal information.

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Enquiries that do not lead to tuition will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless there is a good reason to keep them for longer.

Where tuition takes place, some administrative, contractual or financial information may need to be retained for longer to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping requirements.

Information may also be retained for longer where reasonably necessary in connection with a complaint, dispute or legal obligation.
